Management of compliance projects in the field of criminal liability of companies for crimes
committed by directors and employees (Legislative Decree no. 231/2001). Chairman and Member of
Supervisory Bodies of Italian companies, also belonging to international groups. Experience in
designing the system of delegation of powers, also with focus on HSE.
Permanent lecturer in post-graduate courses focused on corporate compliance and data protection.
Author of publications relating to compliance and data protection matters.
