PARLIAMENTARY CAUCUS

The Italian Institute for Privacy has promoted and facilitated the creation of Parliamentary Intergroup for Privacy, to which several Italian Deputies from both political sides have already joined.

The Intergroup is coordinated by the Honorable Benedetto Della Vedova and, with the close collaboration and support of the IIP, deals in legislative issues of personal data protection in ICT with accuracy, timeliness, and competence. Its purpose is to help Parliamentarians, citizens and professionals in the technology market to open a dialogue and confront each other, in a constructive and cautious manner, on the issues of privacy and data security in Italy.
